All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax (such as GST/HST or VAT) is added at checkout where the law requires it. The price you see is the price you pay, plus tax. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record.
You get 14 days to build and publish your site on a free belacsbox.site address. We do not ask for a credit card, so nothing can be charged when the trial ends. We email you before the trial ends with the date and the price of each plan. If you choose a plan, billing starts that day.
No. While your subscription stays active, you renew at the price you signed up at. If we ever change our prices, the new prices apply only to new subscriptions. This is a binding term in our Terms of Service. If you cancel and later start a new subscription, the price at that time applies.
Click Cancel in your account's billing page. There is no call and no form. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it does not renew. Your content stays saved so you can export it or come back.
The 14-day free trial is how you try Belacsbox before paying, so payments are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK) and for duplicate charges, which we always refund in full. Yes. We email you 30 days and 7 days before every yearly renewal with the date, the amount and a link to cancel.
After your first payment on either plan, you can register one domain at no charge for its first year. The domain is registered in your name and is yours to keep or move.
Yes, from your account at any time. Paddle, our payment processor, works out any credit or charge for the change and shows it to you before you confirm.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your card details go to Paddle and never reach us.
